Can font style, wording and other information be changed on the invitation?

Typically, the designers are welcome to you making variations to the invitation to suit you.  We invite you to discuss variations with the designer at the time of placing your order.  Please be careful to check your proof for revisions made.

I have purchased an invitation. What do I do now?

Congratulations on selecting your design and placing your order.  Please refer to the listing for details on how to contact your designer.  We request that you contact the designer as soon as possible after placing your order to provide details for personalisation, including details of any revisions, if appropriate.  Once you have submitted your personalisation request, the designer will prepare a proof for your approval.

How long does it take to receive the proof?

You will receive a copy of the proof usually within 48 hours of placing your order, excluding weekends.  Please check both your inbox and junk mail folders for your invitation.  If you do not receive your invitation, please contact the designer by email.

What do I do once I receive my proof?

Upon receiving your proof please check the proof for any errors in formatting, spelling and grammar.  If you requested variations to the invitation ensure that your requested variations have been addressed by the designer.  This is your opportunity to request any revisions before a final copy is provided to you.

Why does my invitation look different?

Colours may appear differently on each computer and will also vary slightly in print.  Please keep this in mind when selecting your invitation.

Where can I get my invitation printed?

You can print your invitations at any location where you can print photographs, even your own home.  In Australia, venues such as Kmart and Officeworks provide printing services, or you can choose an online printing facility.

What size do I print my personalised invitations?

Please refer to the product listing for the optimal printing specifications.  Typically the designers provide high resolution files for printing in 4" x 6" and 5" x 7" sizes.

Do the designers accept refund and exchanges?

All invitations are "made to order".  Due to the digital nature of the products, and the customisation, the designers are unable to accept returns.

However, if you purchase an invitation and are not happy with the final product please contact the designer directly to discuss your concerns.

Can I sell my invitation?

The digital artwork is for your personal use only and is not for resale.  We ask that you do not reproduce or redistribute the invitations.
